I am a people person and connector! I have spent my entire professional career connecting professionals and making their lives better. I have worked with thousands of business owners, marketing reps, and selling professionals over the years. As we entered the 21st century, I saw that selling professionals and business owners needed a way to become more productive and successful. I founded NRG in 2001 as a way to pursue my passion for helping people by providing innovative solutions that improve their professional relationships and outreach. Relationships are the key to growing and maintaining the success of any business.
At NRG we connect like-minded professionals through weekly meetings where people can learn about each others' businesses and share opportunities to connect through a proprietary warm lead-referral-generating process I call PINball. NRG is not just another leads group, but a full-service networking organization. In April 2020, I converted NRG's weekly meetings from in-person to Zoom, enabling me to expand the organization from 3 states to 30 states (and counting), plus Australia and Canada, from 16 groups to 50, and from 150 members to 400.

I studied Business Administration at Towson State University and graduated with a BS in 1986. I'm a student and practitioner of the Law of Attraction. Life is full of choices, and I believe you choose to be happy and successful. I wrote my first book, "The NRG Advantage" to empower business owners and selling professionals to achieve success. When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with my two grown sons, Brandon and Lance, and cheering on the Baltimore Orioles and the Baltimore Ravens.
